Motown Choreographer Cholly Atkins Dead at 89 Tue

LOS ANGELES (Billboard) - Cholly Atkins, the legendary Motown choreographer, died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was 89.
Atkins was best known for creating the rhythmic dance steps used by acts from the Supremes and Temptations to Gladys Knight
& the Pips in performing their hits. The Tony Award-winning dancer was also half of the acclaimed dance duo Coles &
Atkins, along with Charles "Honi" Coles.
